01 Concept

Product development and registered rights.

From technical design to a protected product design.

Registered rights complement the technical product documentation.

02 Sourcing

International sourcing and quality management.

I compare manufacturing partners, evaluate quotations and address quality requirements directly with manufacturers.

Direct manufacturer quotations provide the basis for negotiations. Following production defects, I negotiated approximately 5% additional goods at no extra cost. Two manufacturer visits in 2024.

04 Sales

Integrated product and sales management.

Since 2016 I have managed the marketing of a portfolio of more than 30 products across several registered brands.

Keyword-led marketing and sales-based inventory planning. Reorders are aligned with demand, allowing for lead times of 30 to 90 days.

Inventory and logistics management

From supplier to warehouse.

Since 2016, I have managed my own warehouse operation, coordinating sourcing, inventory planning and sales as one connected process.
